I have ordered several times from their…

I have ordered several times from their webshop and I never had any problems with them. Now, they opened two gorgeous stores in Budapest, and I usually shop in their stores in person. The prices are good, the staff is kind and professional. They have a wide-range of special products too. They also have some new high-end computers for analyzing the skin.

Rejected complaint

I have been using this company for years without any problems. However last time I ordered an eyelash serum and received an empty tube. No product whatsoever. I filed a complaint and after a couple weeks of e-mails back and forth was rejected and lectured. Thanks, but no thanks!

Update: They have contacted me and asked to return the product for further inspection. We'll see.

I ordered a product

I ordered a product, paid online. I received an e-mail notification of a successful order, and almost immediately another e-mail saying that there was no such product and the order had been cancelled. Stunning!

One of the best shops

Prices are usually cheaper than in phisical stores or other online places. There is always something on sale. Original, good quality products delivered quickly from here. I have ordered 10 times since 2020 june without any problem.
