Great webshop if you don't have to interact with customer service, but as soon as you have some issues, it turns into a terrbile experience where they ask you to send photos again and again until you give in and decide it no longer woths the time spent on it. Today I was asked for the third time to make new photos of the delivery package in case of a damaged product, because obviously the firstly made photos weren't enough...

The website is good but now I did not can send the number of vat, because the site write mistake, without hyphen too.

I ordered a product from the Notino website on December 23. I gat a notification about the receipt of the package, writing that I can pick-up it until the close of store on the 27th.
On the 27th after the Christmas holidays, I went to the pick-up point for my package, where I was told that the package had been returned!
I also used a gift coupon for the order, which the store couldn't credit, so after I have to take care of that as well. I will never buy from Notin again!

Reasonble price, free delivery, good selection.

I can always find what I look for, for a reasonable price.

It was hard to order, to step back to some products, and I could not pay by card even though I had always paid by this card before.

Notino is one of my most favourite perfume shops in Hungary after visiting most other shops. If I have to compare my experiences in perfume shops in Amsterdam, Dubai, South Africa and Notino online experience and their shops at Arena Mall? I would rate them in the first place. Take it from a happy and returning customer.

The product I ordered is fake, not original. It has similar fragrance but it's absolutely not long lasting. I used to have this parfume from another shop and it was on another level. Be careful to order from here. I won't do it again.

I recommend changing the stock management program to a more modern one. I have just finished sorting 2 packs (Discovery box) of perfume samples. After successful payment and ordering, I received a letter saying that one of the samples is out of stock, so one of the complete packages will be cancelled. It was not stated in the letter which one. I immediately wrote to customer service, and the correspondence revealed that: they could not subsequently change that one randomly; nor could they tell me which one was out of stock. But of course I could have a new parcel sorted, at extra postage, which will either work or it won't, given that it still hasn't been established which pack was the problem in the first place, let alone which sample is out of stock. Unbelievable!

Excellent choice and service, as always, hence why I keep coming back...

There is a huge array of products to choose from, usually for good price. If you order to your home, the delivery is super fast, and the estimated delivery time is always accurate. If something is not in stock, they will inform you, and not charge you for that certain product.

It works as it has to work. Large selection of products, user-friendly website, quick delivery.
I particularly like the fact that I have a lot of options to choose from when it comes to delivering my parcel.

You have a great selection of products, and I'm really happy with the prices. However, I would enjoy your website even more if there would be an English version of the website. I think it would be an excellent option for a lot of expats.
