I made a purchase and the free gift was not sent. The Kérastase products also seem to be fake (they lack the product's characteristic scent and have a different consistency than the original). I tried to contact them but was unsuccessful.

Trust issues
I like the prices, but I doubt the quality of the products. I do not know the origin of the products that are sold here. But I do not trust it when prices are half lower than elswhere. That is the main reason I hesitate to purchase more through here.
