Fragrances from this eshop last maybe 15 minutes max, even the niche ones. Makeup products sometimes look used (as if returned by other customers). I also once bought a mineral sunscreen and it smelled so bad I had to throw it away (it wasn’t expired). Returns are not free (you pay for shipping). They also scam customers by increasing prices right before reducing them, which is against the law in the EU but apparently no one gives a f…. Delivery is fast. Packaging is safe but stupid - you order one small thing and they put it in a big box.

I recently placed an order worth €202 and was surprised to receive it without any samples or complimentary items.
At this price level, I would expect a more refined and customer-oriented approach. Unfortunately, this experience felt rather impersonal and below expectations.
I would be interested to understand whether this reflects your current standard of customer care.

Bio oil is sold half price as in the official retailer shops, thats why I decided to order this product. Fake product arrived, orange color, liquid is not oil, smels really badly. I have the original product from a retailer to compare, I am using bio oil products for cca 10 years.
I have documented all with pictures created and documented all with video.
The outcome is I did not received reimbushment or the correct product. I was told this is impossible regarding the evidence. I must sent the fake product, print the label, expense on my time an money.
Horrible experience.
