I bought a pair from them on Depop and my order never arrived, I had to open a dispute via PayPal as they wouldn’t even reply to my messages. They then had the audacity to leave a bad review on my profile saying that they were the ones that had to open a claim against me. LIARS and SCAMMERS AVOID. A girl who saw my review even reached out to me as she was experiencing the same thing and I advised her to open a dispute to PayPal. So you can’t reply to your customers messages/emails but you have plenty of time to leave a bad review once we open a dispute against you. If I could leave images with all the evidence I would! I’ve reported them to Depop and I advice if you had a bad experience to report them too.

Ordered some trousers over 3 weeks ago, still haven’t had a shipping notification or been told that I’ll get my money back - used notinyourwardrobe before and they were great, but this has rlly put me off from using them again

NIYW were extremely helpful and the bags I received are absolutely lovely. I couldn't have found these bags anywhere else, great quality. I will certainly be ordering from them again in the future. Great experience shopping with them.

Still not received my package or any information about it and it has been over 2 weeks

The quality is very good and the product i bought is exactly like in the pictures and how it was described but the shipping time was awful, i know its not the easiest to ship to another country but it shouldnt take a bit longer than a month (btw it shipped to germany if its relevant). But i think thats a problem that not many people have/had with notinmywardrobe so overall 4 stars :)

Very good price and product

They don’t reply for ages. I can’t get any replies from them. Honestly what’s the reason “the chat” exists? Poor communication. I bought a bag one week ago, but the order hasn’t been despatched yet.

I bought a Nike tracksuit for my daughter and after more than two months without any news, I wrote several emails to all the addresses I could find, but I did not receive any answer. The chatbot also does not respond.
It's just theft.
Don't buy here !

My Order has still not arrived after a week even though i received an email saying that it had been dispatched.
This is poor customer service

Ordered a pair of shoes that they didn’t actually have and only was told when I enquired about why they had not been shipped, was then told they had them in a different colour and could be dispatched that day (birthday present). This didn’t happen as they ignored my message till the following day again promised to be dispatched with complimentary socks as an apology. I had to chase again and was eventually dispatched a few days later with no socks :( not sure if they ever would of been if it wasn’t for me hassling them. Would avoid in future.
