Ordered a pair £150 womens Adidas handball spezial trainers. Have wanted them for such a long time, but being a single mother of 3 I'm always bottom of the pile! Finally treated myself to them. They never arrived!! I've emailed them multiple times, sent messages on their automated messaging service. No response completely and totally ignored. I am absolutely gutted 😢 Like another review I paid via clearpay and they refused to do anything but happy to take my money for nothing!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Placed an order for two items back in June and they only sent one of the items. After promising me they would send that day via Royal Mail 24, I have still received nothing. Ignoring my emails completely now. Don’t get sucked in like I did.

Genuinely can’t believe this, total thiefs.

Embarrassing. Ordered a top for £150 over a month ago… no response no nothing. Blatantly ignoring me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Ordered a black snoopy moonSwatch before checking trustpilot, I got worried but the whole process was smooth and I was kept updated via emails often. Once the product was dispatched it arrived within the claimed 48 hours on the website. I think people are missing the part where it says to give 3-7 days to source the product, THEN whatever delivery time after it is dispatched. Great service, thank you guys!

I wish I had read the reviews for this site before ordering. They promise to source your item but then go quiet. I had to chase them via email several times with only one response telling me I would have it soon (well, once they get it).
I have asked for a refund with no response. I have since been refunded via my bank because I used my credit card for the purchase.

Do not be conned by this company- stay well clear.

Ordered next day delivery. Came after a week. Good communication throughout and had good reason for delay. But i think they should be honest about delivery times.

So very sad. I too ordered two items. These were for my boys to have something they could remember their late grandfather by. It would have been one of those moments together we’d have cherished for years. However, unfortunately after a promise of 24hr delivery over 3 weeks ago still no response from emails. Silence. But. Hey, you ruined that moment. Nice one I’m glad you continue to make your living the way you do. I’m sure you’re so proud.

Scandalous! Order placed on 7th April for £220. 24hour delivery promoted . Sent multiple emails and had one response who said the item is sort after and they were still waiting for the item which would be in within two days and a tracking number would be forwarded and delivery would be wavered. I asked for item to be cancelled this was near 4 weeks later. I’ve sent numerous emails with total ignorance! I’ve still had no item, no refund and no communication nearly 6 weeks later. The item was purchased through Clearpay merchant who were no help at all as they had been told by the supplier they had the goods in hand and dispute was closed . Because of this it can’t be reopened and won’t help me claim for their money back. Although I’ve refused to pay them either because of a loss on both parts I’m getting charged late payments from them and in addition still without goods! Furious isn’t the word

Unfortunately I looked at the reviews after placing an order.
Ordered an item advertised with 24hr delivery. Several days have passed, I have emailed them with no response. Clearly selling items they don’t have.
Dispute opened.
AVOID!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered UGGs from this site over a week ago. They promised 48-hour delivery — it’s been 7+ days, and I’ve received nothing. No tracking info. No replies to multiple messages. Just silence.

Sent me the wrong watch and a fake return postage, still not had £300 refund after 2 weeks

Terrible company with shocking customer service , DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE , ordered start of March it’s now April 26th stil no sign of products and have not replied to a single email I’ve sent

Would give zero stars if I could. Spent £200 on the website, was told it would be shipped the next day and 5 weeks later its complete radio silence. I have contacted them several different ways for a refund and no response!!! The have breached Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I have reported them! Disputed with bank but they are dragging the refund process out!

Ordered trainers 170 pound taken from account and said trying to source trainers. Stopped replying to emails and never received them. Absolute piece of scum company.

Worse service I have ever came across order was placed 6th of march apparently would be dispatched within 48 hours still haven’t received anything 0 updates told lies it’s been shipped twice. Tracking says Royal Mail still haven’t received it absolute shambles would not recommend to anyone! Also bought as a gift absolute horrendous never ever again.

AVOID… i ordered a product from here thinking they had a 3-5 business day delivery I waited almost 3 weeks with no contact from the company, I contacted countless times same thing the company has to source your item they don’t hold stock so I will convince people not to order anything here as u never know when it will come. Disappointment of a company…

Brilliant service,excellent communication. Delivery was very fast. A1 service
