Ordered clothes for the summer and although my delivery to Israel got delayed because of the war going on in the Middle East , they have been in contact with me and helped me get my order. Amazing service and super high quality!!

I was trying to order, but the paying method had me stuck fo days. Therefore i contacted Notre success through Instagram. I then got a quick reply which hjelped me through the process.

The experience has been great, the clothes seem to be quality and it’s such a great brand, it’s still niche I would say however I’ve told all my friends about it and they’ve all said great things and complemented the things I’ve bought, the only little downside is how long the shipping process was however I live in malta which could be difficult to ship to but overall it’s a great brand with incredible quality

Very high quality but, i was missing part of my order and the shipping took very long but i got an email explaining why so only negative was the missing item

The order was very delayed. I placed it on April 17 and received it on May 1. I was also not satisfied with the service because no one responded to my email

Order not received after almost 3 weeks. Keep getting the same repetitive email response. Pretty much just keeping my money at this point. Asked for refund but refusing. Do not order here

Shipping was surprisingly fast, last time it took like 10 days, now it was 5. I am not mad. The 10% voucher is appreciated, as this is not the cheapest store. One small detail. I don't know why, but the cardigan collection was super laggy for some reason (not like the end of the world, but in contrast with the rest of the website, the contrast was quite stark).

Had a long dialogue with support about a few things, thanks for the patience you guys had with me. I placed an order and forgot one item, of course :)). I contacted support and they kindly edited the order for me, thanks!

Uhm good i guess but i wouldn't mind the prices to drop a bit. I think they've gotten a bit more expensive recently.

Long sleeves 10/10, Pants 10/10, let's see if sweaters are the same. It's rare to find an online store with such nice stuff. Also, probs for the fast shipping and 10% voucher.

The website feels a bit laggy. Perhaps something temporarily. Other than that, good quality, love the double seams, hope my T-shirts last.

I can't really find anything bad. Great quality and materials, fits well, sizing is actually accurate which I usually struggle with while shopping online.
