Typical scam website, they get their cheap clothing from Alibaba.

I purchased a sweatshirt from this company on December 14 as Christmas present and I've yet to receive. I've emailed them several times and they continue to say it's shipped and on it's way. I suspect it's scam. Do not purchase from this website

Didn’t know the brand before ordering, but I’m seriously impressed. You can feel the attention to detail in the fabric and stitching. It feels more like luxury casual wear than normal streetwear.

I ordered clothing from Notre Succès, but the item did not fit. Returning the product turned out to be very difficult, as I was required to ship it back to China at my own expense

After, I accepted a partial refund of 30% instead of returning the item. However, several weeks later I still have not received this refund.

Communication was slow and the issue has not been resolved as promised. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Absolutely amazing. The quality of the items I got is superb and couldnt ask for anything better. The customer service was amazing as the people I spoke to were very kind and helpful.

The designs are great and stunning, my package hasn’t arrived yet but I’m sure it’ll be the best order of my 2025

It is my worst experience with online shopping ever. It took a very long time to deliver the two items I ordered, definitely not as long as the website said. I understand that before Christmas, it can take longer, so I quite understand; however, when the package finally arrived, one of the two items was missing. I contacted Notre, they promised to send the missing item, again it took a long time, and when the sweater finally arrived, it was a different size than I ordered. Don't know what will happen next, but I definitely don't recommend ordering anything.

This has been no doubt the worse experience I have ever had with an online retailer. It has been over 2 months since I ordered my 3 items. During this time I have made frequent contact with Notre, but had very few replies or many saying the same thing but never providing any updates on order information. Today the package finally arrived, I only received one item inside the package when it should have been three items. This entire experience has been horrific, I would urge everyone to read this and seriously consider buying elsewhere.

I’ve have received several responses regarding my “missing” Christmas order that obviously is not coming. The copy and paste response every 5 days is a common ploy used to keep you from reporting them. Report them asap! And let your bank or credit card know they are scammers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Below is one of the typical response.

Very correct company. Allways responding on my questions regarding delivery in a friendly mannen.I received package on time for christmas. Beautiful product. Very positive experience. I highly recommend!

Die to high demand, it took some time but everything was delivered perfect and within 2 weeks.

I had an very good expierence with notre succes. The quality of the clothing exceeded my expectations and the items feel like luxury. They respond very quickly on your questions and the client care is on point.

Still waiting for my 2 t shirts to arrive. Ordered on Nov 8 and now it is Dec 21! Looks like it arrived to DK on Nov 14, so have no clue what is happening. No information received.

I spent 233€ on this order. According to the website, orders over 150€ were supposed to include a free knit, which I did not receive.

More importantly, the material compositions do not match what was advertised:

A jacket described as 60% wool / 40% cotton is actually 50% polyester / 50% wool according to the label.

Another jacket described as a wool blend is made mostly of polyester with some cotton.

I purchased these items specifically for their advertised materials and the promotion, so this was very disappointing. I have contacted customer service and am waiting for a resolution.

Took a couple of days longer then expected in total 9 but i think it was so worth to wait, cause the quality is so amazing honestly im super happy

Took quite some while to receive it, but it was so worth the wait.

I placed an order on December 3rd. Today is December 19th and the order still hasn't been delivered. They gave a timeframe of 4-7 days. I've already sent emails to which I received replies, however, no information about the order, neither from them nor from the website where there should supposedly be updates regarding the order. It's disrespectful, it's shameful, and this is making a mockery of people. I even paid for express shipping! I don't recommend them to anyone.

Ordered in November - tracking sent 10 days after order which just says Info received which means it hasn't even been scanned or left yet (they say shipping takes 6 days?) . It's was from an EU Website BUT obviously a Chinese Company and shipping from China. It's not going to arrive for Christmas - I've notified my Bank to retrieve the money.
