Very poor quality sign and failure to fulfill express delivery despite exorbitant delivery charge
Paid £20 for 72-hour express delivery; the order arrived late. The sign was terrible - the print quality was poor, the printed plastic was not stuck to backboard properly, it was peeling off at the corners, the edges were scuffed and dented and the drill holes had not been finished. When I requested a refund the seller ignored my calls, blamed missing emails on spam folders and made unreasonable conditions rather than resolving the issue. The only way they would refund was if I returned the item to them within 24 hours! Currently pursuing a refund via my bank.
