Beginning to think that this website is a scam

Beginning to think that this website is a scam. I’ve tried to contact the company with a question about returns and absolutely no response. I’ve tried the online ‘chat’, direct email, and indirect message through the website message page. I’ve also tried phoning them for a quick response, as suggested on their website, but the phone just goes to voicemail. The website also lists a shop in York which closed several years ago.
