The lead time to get products was…
The lead time to get products was exceptionally long (Unlike previous orders that I had placed) A couple of items that were ordered was for gift for my nephew who was visiting us. Due to the severe delay in delivery I could not gift my nephew the items and by the time I received the order- they had gone back to their base location (in another country).

All my orders are late
All my orders are late. I don't think it's normal to wait for 2 weeks till you dispatch the items. Before I was really happy with your operate work. Now I feel disappointed. I have ordered some items for the gift and it will be too late when I will receive it. I'm still waiting for my last order. Before during the sale time there was no delays with all orders. But now it's too long.
