Ordered a knee pillow described as…

Ordered a knee pillow described as "Won't go flat like other pillows". It took 10 days to arrive, which isn't bad since it came from China. It arrived compressed flat as a pancake, and despite popping up as soon as opened, it is the most easily compressed cushion I've ever held - put it between my knees and it did nothing to keep them apart. The so called adjustable strap is just a fabric covered piece of elastic, so you have to step in/step out of it. Total waste of money. No response yet to my request for a refund under their 60 day guarantee, but despite their website not mentioning it, I suspect I'll have to return it (to China? USA?) at my own expense - IF they respond.

Don’t Order from Nourial!

Ordered a tuning fork from Nourial but they charged me an extra C$21 for an ebook that I didn’t order. Asked for a refund 3 times and they kept stalling. Finally they promised a refund within 25 business days but received nothing. Emailed them again and they claimed there was a “delay in processing refunds”! To date, I haven’t received any refund from them yet.

Worst online experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from Nourial!

Return policy is a lie!

60 day money back return is a lie! After several emails they have only offered me a 30% refund and to keep the product, which I do NOT want. Fabric is itchy, did nothing to relieve back/hip pain and was uncomfortable to sleep with. Customer service is still unresponsive. I'm completely disgusted with this sham product and company. Beware.
