I’ve waited a few months to write this review. I’ve been seeing Valerie here for 3 months and already I’ve been seeing changes in how my body works and how I’m feeling. I love that I have a person who provides me suggestions, information, and checks on me to make sure I’m doing ok. If I have any questions she will answer them or research the question and get back to me. We are now shifting focus on a losing weight, and I’m excited for this next step.

Useful instruction immediate results
Allison provides great insight on how nutrition and habits affect multiple facets of my life, such as sleep and digestion. She provides practical ideas on how I can make small changes that create positive outcomes. After learning about my current eating habits and analyzing where I could make changes, she provided meal plans and goals. The results were nearly immediate.

Jamie has been great to work with. In such a short time I have learned so much about nutrition for health and sports performance. I have also made a big impact on my health metrics including lipid panel, AC1 and glucose. I achieved this by applying what I learned from Jamie. This has prompted a complete lifestyle change that has improved my health and quality of life dramatically.
