Yoga Online, Retreat Days and Sound Healing
V is an amazing person inside and out – really patient, caring, mindful, knowledgeable, passionate, and compassionate person and those great qualities of her shine through her teachings.
I have learnt so much from V, and she has changed my life physically and mentally, all in a very good way and has played a big part in my overall better health and well-being.
I first met V back in 2021 to help me heal my frozen shoulder, and I’ve not looked back, it completely changed my mind on HOW > I look at Yoga, it benefits me, to look after myself, I think about myself, I feel about myself, I take care of my insides, and I listen to my body.
I regularly attend her Wednesday Online Rise Yoga sessions, which I love and always look forward to, they are always different, and she is mindful & knowledgeable of the special times of the month to provide us the Yoga movements that benefit us.
Occasionally, attend the day Retreats, thoughtfully planned out day covering different variations of Yoga, sound healing, includes a special guest to discuss Well-being products or Women Health topics or something fun like Chakra bead bracelet Workshop, and a well-balanced vegetarian/vegan lunch, vegan snacks, and hot drinks.
Recently, I attended the long weekend Retreat away in Avebury, and OMG it was the best time away for me personally, it provided me with so much healing, gratitude, and even more love for everything I do for myself. I surprised myself how far I have come in my Yoga practice.
V played a fantastic host and teacher. All carefully planned out for all abilities, different variations of Yoga, sound healing, well-balanced menu, vegan snacks and what a brilliantly sourced venue The Farm. The overall experience was amazing, therapeutic, fun, and I would attend again!
All of V’s sessions come highly recommended from me and once V is in your life, I believe it is fate and long lasting.
She has never made me feel out of place nor made me feel I don’t have the ability to do any of the movements – always provides alternatives and explains the movements.
Her personality is the best for Yoga, and a great teacher, her teachings and thoughtful Yoga classes are just perfect for anyone who wants to give Yoga a go.
