The food was honestly out of this world. Every meal was full of flavour, well-portioned, and tasted fresh. Easily one of the best meal prep services I’ve tried – highly recommend!

My order didn't arrive on the time

Didn’t expect much at first, but it actually surprised me. Everything I tried felt well put together, not rushed or anything. The food tastes fresh and easy to eat, not one of those meals you force down. Tried a few different ones and it’s been pretty consistent. Just fits into your day without you really thinking about it. Overall, solid.

Food is absolutely delicious! You can taste the freshness of each meal, meals are well seasoned, well portioned, and have incredible macros customized for your individual needs. Food looks EXACTLY like it’s advertised on their social media (tik tok & instagram) and tastes just as good!

Discovered this brand after searching for healthy food deliveries, and LOVE it. The portion size is perfect - it has a lot of protein to fill me. Added bonus is that deliver fresh without the eco impacting ice packs - I love this concept. It comes in a brown bag (which I also appreciate for recycling) and on two nights a week (no more staying in all day for a delivery). Totally recommend.

Great quality food, good portions and service. What I like most is that food feels homemade! Been ordering for a few weeks now, saves me time and is so convenient . Really happy with Nourish Prep!

This is the first time I tried meal prepping and i’d like to say it was an amazing first experience! The meals are really delicious and there’s many options! Looking for halal options and cooking is challenging with such a busy schedule and having a service that does that for you that you can trust is truly amazing! The delivery is perfect and the customer service is great as well :) Definitely recommend them!!

Honestly this is GOOD FOOD! I’ve tried Simmer and Foodery, whilst I didn’t enjoy simmer I thought foodery was okay. But this is amazing, the food looks exactly like the pics advertised unlike the other companies, I thought I’d try this as a one off but I’ll be starting a subscription, it’s not overloaded with carbs the ratio is actually perfect and so are the portion sizes 👍👍 this is my new go to meal prep

I was shocked at the way the food was delivered, in a paper bag, with no ice pack to keep the food cool or at a safe temperature. On their website it states, "At Nourish Prep, we are committed to ensuring that your meals are delivered fresh, securely packaged, and on time." "All meals are packed in specialised chilled packaging, designed to maintain optimal temperature and freshness throughout transit. This ensures your meals arrive in perfect condition, ready to enjoy."The food was dry and bland; I only managed to salvage the pasta dishes by making my own sauce and adding my own vegetables, which defeats the purpose of not cooking. I was hoping that this wouldn't have been such a bad experience, as it looked promising on social media, but I guess it's all to make it look good.
