My electricity bill suddenly went up from £104 a month to £135 a month! And thats saving me £93 a year!! Absolute joke. Will NEVER use you AGAIN or recommend you to anyone

When you signed up to Nous you told us the size of your property, which we used to create an energy savings proposal based on the average usage. When we arranged this tariff switch, we asked your provider to keep your direct debit the same so there's a chance they’ve undertaken a regular review of your usage and account balance.
As we've mentioned, unfortunately we're not able to contact your provider and amend the payment amount on your behalf as they'll need to speak to the account holder. If you have any further questions, we’re happy to help.
