My worries about being technical were completely wrong.
Kev was excellent from start to finish. I’m not particularly technical, so I really appreciated the way he took the time to understand how we actually work before recommending or changing anything.
He made the whole process feel straightforward and explained everything in plain English. We now have a much better CRM setup, with useful automations in place for things like follow-ups, meeting reminders and keeping leads moving without us having to remember every step manually.
What impressed me most was that Kev didn’t just come in and try to force a complicated system on us. He looked at our existing process, identified where things were being missed or taking too much time, and then built something around the way we work.
The end result is that we’re much more organised, follow-up is more consistent, and we have a far clearer view of what is happening across our leads and opportunities. It has saved us time and given us much more confidence that things aren’t slipping through the cracks.
Kev was knowledgeable, patient (he had to be!) and genuinely easy to work with. I’d highly recommend him to any business that knows its CRM or follow-up process could be better but doesn’t want to get buried in technical detail.
