I ordered a eyebrow kit in may. It did say my package would arrive within 4-6 weeks. I waited 8 weeks and then I decided to contact nova-Stuff. A girl named Katherine apologizes and says they have sent a new package because the other one got sent back to novastuff because of a failure. She promised me they did sent it with express post so it would get delivered faster. And here I am still waiting and Katherine just writes I have to be patient.
I have been patient in soon 3 month.
So I just want to know. Where is my package!!?

It's been 4 months and my order is still not delivered. Katherine G said it wasn't delivered for the first time so they sent me a new one, and it's been another 2 months still nothing. I want a refund and they are not responding about it.

I am extremely hesitant when it comes to online shopping. A friend of mine ordered a pore cleansing device and has been very satisfied with it. So I ended up placing an order for the pore cleanser and hair removal cream. Shipping took a while but I received both of my items. The pore cleanser is a great help as I do not need to squeeze my nose anymore to remove dirt or blackheads. The suction works very good for me. The hair removal cream also works! Painless and easy hair removal. I'll surely place another order once I empty my tube. Thanks Nova!

You knopw that knot you get in your stomach when you know you've been shafted.!?! Well that is what you will get when dealing with these thieving heathens. I too have extensive emails with 'Katherine' at Nova Stuff with same old BS story as everyone else...Shipment has been held up, have sent another one. I ordered the black mask in April and I'm still awaiting its arrival...it's farking August. I could have developed, patented and shipped this product to Tanzania by now.
Funny how the ratings on here are mostly a 5 star or 1 star..I highly suspect Nova have a heavy hand in the 5 star ratings.

I've been told my product will arrive again in the next 2-3 weeks..I sincerely doubt it ever will.

Wow, I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money! I ordered a product in May, and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to South Africa - great! Well, here I am 13 weeks later and still no product.
I have 17 emails between Katherine and myself, of how deeply sorry they are, and how they sent me a new product due to shipment problems at first. She sent me a new tracking number, said on 13 July it was in SA but sat there for 1 month? Then I query why it is taking so long - I get told to click on the link gain to track my order, and now it's dated 30 June and is no longer in SA.

I have demanded a refund countless times, and got blatantly ignored by Katherine! I wrote a comment on Facebook to help other users and it gets deleted! And then this wonderful company blocks me from Facebook! My boyfriend then writes a bad comment as well, and what do you know, they blocked him too!

This is fraud, stealing people's money!!! Firstly, your products are not cheap, and then to pay shipping on top of that, to being scammed the whole time??!! Disgusting!
I have never been so angry and disappointed over a company and their bad service before! Normally, when a company gives bad service they try and do everything they can to keep the customer happy! NOT JUST IGNORE THE CUSTOMER AND BLOCK ANY BAD REVIEWS!!

What kind of company is this?? NOVA STUFF is a JOKE and a SCAM!!
I'm guessing this 'bad review' will get deleted off of here as well, I hope this helps others to not get their money stolen from them.

After going through all the bad reviews I'm surprised I still ordered from Nova Stuff! Seeing how pleased my sister was with the items I bought made me think that the company isn't bad at all. We both have extremely different body sizes but the Slim Panties fit great to both of us, the item quality is good as well. I'm definitely going to order again!

I have made an purchased but did not receive it up till now. Sent them an email couple of times, the replies I always get is to wait for 4 to 6 weeks at most 8 weeks. But at the 8th week, I did not receive it and the response I received from them is there was a problem with the shipping hence they are sending a replacement. They stated they used a faster shipping method but the duration was equally long. No frequent updates were given about my order's whereabout and now is nearly 3 months I still didn't receive my order. This is a untrustable company, avoid it.

ordered a pore cleaning mask, it was delayed about a week but customer service was excellent, they apologized and kept me updated with my delivery timelines, i can understand there can be a lot of factors for being late but if the customer service dept is in touch with you and they are updating you, then i believe its a good win at both sides.

Ordered black whitehead removal mask in March 2017, it is already August 2017 and product hasn't arrive, 8 emails back and forth with their customer service, but product still not reaching. They will not entertain request for refunds. Beware of this scamming company. Buyer from Malaysia. PS: It does not take for 1 facial mask 5 months to reach from China.

Update 14 Aug 2017: I have been liaising with Katherine since the beginning. Starting 26 July 2017 onwards, all my emails asking for updates on the delivery issue have not been answered.

I can say that my order arrived on time, without any damages and that the crew replies on e-mails very kindly and rapidly.
I can reccomand Nova Stuff, I think that i will order something again from this website.

Great Store! They had everything I needed from beauty mask, make-up, brushes and kitchen tools. Thought it came 3 weeks, it's worth the wait & money. Great products indeed!

Ordered five items. The first one is a machine to remove pores, it does not work. Use once, check it does not work and throw it because you cannot return it.

The facial black masks are ok. The two strapless bras I ordered more than a month ago (in the same order) I still have not received them. I received them after a while and they were ok.

Just do not buy here if you are not sure of the product!

I was very satisfied with the item I've purchased as it is similar as what have been described. Customer service is great! They are approachable and quick to reply on emails as they assist customers' queries and concerns.

Had ordered the depilatory cream. It's a great product. Worth my money. Had to wait a little longer thou. But the customer support team was very responsive and helpful so that was ok. Will try to order more soon

Ordered the Pore cleanser, Face mask and the blackhead remover tool. Pore cleanser arrived and had no damage but did not work. Sent email and video of the unit and no response back. Got the face mask a week later and i was satisfied with that. And 2 months waiting for the blackhead remover tool. Probably won't ever receive that. For me i know the risks from ordering from China so it is what it is. I have ordered a few times in the past few years with good luck... Luck has run out. Buyer beware. You can complain about a faulty device or not receiving something. This company will not help you out... Also would like to add that this company reported me as not being an actual client instead of maybe possibly helping...Deplorable...Hmmm no record pls see below the transcript of my email with your company.. Since ya'll want me to share how was my experience purchasin' from NOVA STUFF, I'm gonna share my honest opinion - I LOVE the product (black mask) sure, it took a bit more time to receive it but that was fine since it was explained to me it came from overseas. Also their customer service was great!! They're very responsive and polite answering all my questions. It really helped a lot to assure me that I'll receive my product. I dunno what's all the fuss with other buyers, but If ya'll would ask me, I would definitely purchase from them again and I would recommend them to others as well! Keep it up! One happy and satisfied customer here!!!!
