Many difficult steps with a contact and warranty claim

This was my first purchase from NovaaLab, and I was very happy to buy Novaa Oral Care Pro on sale.
The reason why I chose this company is its clear product specifications and key features. There were no issues with the shipment. Product looks great, good quality, very simple instructions, and easy to use. The most important thing is that the device combines blue and red light.

The customer service was great and their response time was super quick. The items were delivered in a timely manner and they were able to make changes for us when requested.

The company was very sweet, even when I was having a few issues charging they were quick to respond and get me a replacement item. I would definitely use this company again thank

When my light pad was not working well, I contacted the Nova lab team and got to speak to a real person! She listened and told me what I needed to do to get some help. I recorded a video of the problem, sent it in and got a very quick response. I was told a new light pad was being sent my way. I received it within a week and it works perfectly.

I ordered the knee pad. I have found this to be very effective for my sore knees.

I love the product, but wonder if something is wrong with the plug in battery. It takes extremely long to charge.

I contacted them because I hadn't received shipping and tracking information. They were very responsive, especially after I indicated I had ordered the product for a rib injury.

A few treatments and my rib is already better!

I bought the boot about a week ago and started using it on Monday 03.23.

I thought I was tripping but I felt less pain in an ankle I messed up with military work during jumps. I have used it 3 days in a row and was able to squat narrow stance tonight with me ankle bending.

I am so hyped on this product I am currently ordering the sleeping bag looking pad for me entire body!

So far so good, in process of returning initial product so we can upgrade to a larger device. Very pleased, just need something with more surface area.

Communication from the NovaaLab team has been wonderful. From the moment I ordered to after my unit arrived they were keeping me up to date every step of the way. I received my light pad three days ago and it arrived in perfect condition, packaged well and included great user instructions. The light pad works perfect so far and I have noticed improvement in a damaged nerve and hip and knee pain. I just thought I would leave you a note/review of your products as I am lying under the knee device and pad as this time. It seems like I have been with you a very long time.( and so glad). I initially started with the flashlight to try red light therapy and it helped at a realistic cost. I then bought the pad to place on my knees. I have osteoarthritis and pseudogout (CPPD). I was getting cortizone shots about 2-3 times a year for 2 years but was concerned what cortizone does to the cartilage. I am a retired RN. I started using your pad and I use it when I get pain or to keep pain at bay. This June 2026 it will be 2 years since I got my last cortisone shot. I won’t say the pain is always gone but most of the time it is or enough to keep it at bay and it lets me do my daily activities. I recently ordered the knee pad so I can do both knees at once and love the portability of it. Then I fell and broke my hip this last year diving for an errant shopping cart. I used it to help recover and it made a difference. Unfortunately I got a bone building shot this year to help with my osteoporosis and developed severe muscle aches as a side effect. I am in my 70s and fairly active. It’s hard to get old but your products keep me younger. The pad helps the pains and aches. I like the ability to use it on any location. I am hoping between the shot wearing off and Novaa use these will go away soon. I purchased lifetime warranty and you have honored it when an early pad quit working. Your customer service is wonderful. I want to thank you for making a difference in my life. I also own the oral device and just started using it to help my gums from receding. Hopefully it will work. Keep up the good work.
