I strongly advise against renting from this company. They charged my account extra money without informing me and have completely refused to refund it, despite repeated calls. On top of that, their charges for extra mileage are completely unreasonable and absurd. The staff are unhelpful, evasive, and appear to deliberately avoid resolving issues. What should have been an enjoyable trip to see my family turned into over a month of stress and frustration after returning the car. Think twice before you rent a car from Novacar in Adana.

Worst ever experience. The company has no manners at all to speak to customers. They don’t reply once the booking is made. Had booked a car with them and the server went down. Didn’t refund the money and yet haven’t been replying. I would suggest to ABSOLUTELY NOT go with the car company ever. It has been the worst experience ever of booking a car.

“I had a disappointing experience with this car rental company. First, they did not provide the car I had booked. Then, they required an additional payment for full insurance, which I paid. When my parked car was scratched, I provided a police report as required, but they refused to accept it and demanded I file a complaint against an unknown person. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they took a significant amount of money from my account. I strongly advise against using their services.”

“Bu araba kiralama şirketi ile hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Öncelikle, rezervasyon yaptığım arabayı vermediler. Sonrasında, tam kapsamlı sigorta için ek bir ödeme yapmam istendi, ve bunu ödedim. Arabam park halindeyken çizildiğinde, gerekli olan polis raporunu sundum, ancak bunu kabul etmeyip, bilinmeyen bir kişi hakkında şikayet etmemi istediler. Sorunu çözmek için defalarca girişimde bulunmama rağmen, hesapımdan önemli bir miktar para çektiler. Hizmetlerini kullanmamanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederim.”

Ofis çalışanları mükemmel, fakat operasyon bölümü berbat, depozitolarınız hiç bir şekilde zamanında yatırılmıyorlar. Biz her daim bu şirketten kiralıyoruz ve istisnasız 25-30 günden aşağı depozitonuzu geri yatırmıyorlar. Yatırmaları da sizin eforunuza bağlı, kendi paranızın peşine düşerseniz saygısız bir tavırla iade ediyorlar. Sayısız mail attık ama hiç umurlarında değiller. Uzak durun! He, depozito önemli değil, yatsınlar paranın üstüne diyorsanız, o zaman kendiniz bilirsiniz!

Die Büroangestellten sind ausgezeichnet, aber die Operationsabteilung ist katastrophal, Ihre Kaution wird absolut nicht rechtzeitig zurückgezahlt. Wir mieten ständig von dieser Firma und in keinem Fall wird Ihre Kaution in weniger als 25-30 Tagen zurückgezahlt. Die Rückzahlung hängt auch von Ihrem eigenen Aufwand ab. Wenn Sie hinter Ihrem eigenen Geld herlaufen, wird es mit respektlosem Verhalten zurückgezahlt. Wir haben unzählige E-Mails geschickt, aber es ist ihnen völlig egal. Finger weg! Wenn Ihnen die Kaution egal ist und es Ihnen nur ums Geld geht, dann können Sie selbst entscheiden!

Das war unsere letzte Anmietung bei Novacar.

The office staff is excellent, but the operations department is terrible, your deposits are never refunded on time. We always rent from this company, and without exception, they don't refund your deposit in less than 25-30 days. The refund also depends on your effort, if you go after your own money, they refund it with a disrespectful attitude. We have sent countless emails, but they don’t care at all. Stay away! If the deposit doesn't matter to you, and you just care about the money, then you can handle it yourself!

This was our last rental from Novacar.

One of the worst ever car rental company zero professional they act in bad behaviours even trying to be respectful and ignoring there bad behaviour but still i would never advise anyone to have the same experience waiting for 22 minutes in the airport they will pretend that its not your check in they have no office in the airport there suffer will take u with other strangers in the small car to there office and if car no ready they'll leave you there without taking u back to the airport of another alternative or you have to pay extra without taking about there racism.

Do not use this company ! I left a deposit for the car hire and was told all was ok and I would be refunded. I will am waiting for my €350 !

Never trust this company, till now they did't refund my deposit even.

After the first rent from Novacar Antalya, I become their permanent customer since all processes are so quick and the cars are pretty new. All the staff including Berkay Bey and Emine Hanım are so kind and they are directing you very well. Thanks for all.

Batuhan was so friendly and honest. I will rent a car with them again!

We booked 12 days rental, arriving at the airport over lunchtime. Despite checking with them beforehand we had to wait around 40 minutes to be collected (and initially their phone lines were just unavailable). Then driven to the nearby office and told that the car we were in was the one we’d be taking. This was a Clio although we’d booked a larger car. We were told that the Clio was more expensive but they wouldn’t charge us (in fact I later checked and their website showed it was cheaper, which was the best of a few lies they told…).

We waited ages for the paperwork to be done. Then another employee just dumped our bags out of the car and said they were giving it to someone else. No apology. Then a long wait while they tried to find another vehicle.

Then we were told that our car hire excess insurance wouldn’t cover all the liabilities we might incur and got the hardest sell to buty their insurance I’ve ever come across in renting over 40 cars over many years. We were told that we could be liable up to the full cost of the car and that the price of a Clio in Turkey was around 30k euros. I challenged their cousins about possible liabilities a number of times and in the end gave in. By now it was around 90 minutes after we’d first managed to call them from the airport and we needed to get going. It would be another 30 minutes before we could leave because they seemed to only have one iPad to finalise every car booking.

I’ve since complained to nova. One response confirms that some of the things I was told were not correct but now they’ve closed my case because they’ve clearly had enough of me. Anyway, I’ll never use them again and suggest others stay well clear. The whole outfit is a joke.
