Do not purchase Nova Floor products …
We have a family floor company for over 60 years. NovaFloors is making a poor quality gluedown LVP that is shrinking beyond tolerance. No LVP is perfect but it is not acceptable for every single plank to shrink consistently on multiple jobs to the point where you can drop a nickel in every end joint. We work with many brands over the years and if this occurs it usually is a manufacturer defect. A claim is filed and we usually work with the manufacturer to replace or repair the floor. Some companies handle the claims better than others. Nova does not even reply back to claims. There warranty and service is basically non existent for over a year now. Usually a sign that there company is going under or about to go bankrupt. Do not buy any products made by Novalis. Find another brand that makes a similar product so you have a better experience and a company that backs their warranty. I have removed their display from our store and am writing this review to save you from a disappointing and costly experience.
