Payment schedule not possible - company not service-minded, not client-centric

I don't understand what is the problem with the payment for services and products that are 'public' in Denmark. Last year I had an agreement with Novafos to pay monthly for the water that I would also use on a monthly basis in 2018. For this year, I've called them twice looking for the same agreement and only got a no accompanied by the ridiculous rationale 'this is the way all the other clients pay - once yearly'. I don't consume all my 2019 water supply at once but rather spread over 365 days of the year. I want the right to pay it monthly connected with my monthly earnings through my salary. I don't want to pay in advance for a product and service that will be provided up to 31-Dec-2019 and give this poor company the possibility to use my money to profit over investments. I also want to have the right to use another company to buy and get the distribution service of water. That is the problem of the monopoly. We are bound to companies that implement rules that are not aligned with the services they are providing to the citizens. A monthly payment schedule has recently been implemented by Radius for the electricity however, it seems that Novafos is not yet in the future. I DEMAND ANOTHER CHOICE FOR WATER COMPANY that has a clear client-centric approach.
