Awful. I ordered a pair of boots for Fathers Day May 15. They did not arrive until Aug!! They dont have customer service if thats what you want to call it. My pkg sat in China 🇨🇳 for 2 months. I was so upset I asked for a refund so many times!! I never got one and they just kept saying we will rush your order. This is a terrible company! The boots were damaged, didnt come in a box, and smelled like a warehouse!! Not to mention the poor quality of the boots. They did not have insoles. 👎🏾🤬 OMG never again!!!!

Novalour is the correct name for this company and they are a complete SCAM... Ordered shoes from them months ago and never received them. When you contact them you get a poorly written email response from someone named Chloe. This company only wants your money, with NO intentions on ever sending your product. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! COMPETE SCAM!!

I ordered a coat that they advertised on facebook and they obviously used a photo of a real fur coat. I got a coat half that size made out of horrible fabric. Obviously a scam. When I tried to get a refund there was no phone number and they said in email I could not get refund. I advise everyone to go to the FBI and fill out their internet fraud form to put this scam corporation out of business.

I have a very very bad experience with this company. I ordered four items in November, 2019 and I am writing (March, 2020) three of my orders have not been delivered. I regret that before purchasing from this company I did not read the previous reviews which many of them say DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM. I cannot now give them a benefit of doubt since it is almost five months I have not received three of my orders. So disappointed and I also honestly say this is very bad. Bad customer care and so traumatizing. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM NOVAHOUR! I ordered a coat from them on a Black Friday Special Nov.29. I was sold 8-12 day delivery, after endless emails and trying to cancel my order...they refused. Automatic non-personal responses. An order finally came 10 weeks later. The
coat I received looked like a poorly made bath robe. I emailed the Novahour and was told I could return it at my expense to CHINA. Novahour also informed me they do not accept DHL, UPS or Fedx package's. They also did not give a return address. I sent them a picture of what I ordered and what I received...the response was "there may be slight differences" would you be happy with a 18.00 coupon?
Stay away from Novahour...they are full on Scammers!!!

Avoid this company they do not deliver and when you remind them , they answer they have a delay - the delay is over 4 month now
Also you can not respond to the staff member person who send you a reply , you will reply to yourself .
Definitely spam fraud

atantion !!! they are scammers !!!! if you order something, you get a cheap product of € 1/1 $. very poor quality no service. I received poor quality product + damaged !!!! I had emailed them. They only answered after 3 months. and after that I threatened them to give a bad review. !!! they do not want to give my money back of $ 47, they said send the product back at your own cost😡 I was angry, I say the damaged product must be on your own costs are taken back but not on my own costs? they have blocked my email. so watch out they are scams !!!!

I ordered boots which, when they arrived resembled nothing like the pair I ordered, very poor quality and to make matters worse, 2 left boots. I was offered another pair free if I paid$35 postage. I declined. Awful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THIS IS SCAM!!! Never got my order and no one is gonna refund my money.

They are late on their delivery like 2 mouths they tell you they are getting ready to ship, and not doing so don't make the same thing I did lose 66.95 that I would have had to help the needy and they lie about everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a jacket came today after a long time waiting.On opening it is nothing like what was ordered .It the biggest load of crap I have seen. Do not order from Novahour as you have been warned.

This company is a scam. What is been displayed is different from what delivered. This is just dollar wasted. I am encouraging everyone to avoid them because they are scam.

This is a SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON HERE.

I have ordered for large as I checked the size on the website for my chest as 44" as large. When I got the parcels and found they are too small for me.
Novahour does not accept to return or refund.
I will never buy Novahour again and too long to wait for the parcel.

Terrible Company to deal with, do not order from this scammers. Been a month and half and not one single message from them to update on status of my order. Instead they keep lying that my order is in pre sale so it take a long time. As well as telling to pay for faster delivery, if I wanted it sooner after 1.5 months. I have reported it to my bank as well.

Do not Order from Novahour its a Scam. I have had the exact same experience as everyone else here, in that I placed an order and over two months never had anything shipped, and the Customer Service was terrible. Not being able to provide dates, and offering $5 vouchers as compensation. I suspect their CS is actually a bot system and you only get a personal response if you contact their paypal email address. Do not waste your time or money with this scam. I did eventually get my refund but only after I threatened to open a dispute through Paypal.
