Awful customer service and lack of communication. Impossible to speak to the 2 conveyancers as always in meetings. Emails received that did not make sense and with simple spelling mistakes. Please be aware and use your local conveyancer

Buying a property is naturally a stressful process, especially as a first-time buyer, but the service I received from Damian and Shaahid was impeccable from start to finish. They really went above and beyond throughout the whole conveyancing process. They worked quickly and efficiently, kept me regularly updated, and explained everything clearly at every stage. The whole process was well laid out from the outset, and their communication was always professional. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly, both over the phone and by email.
Having such responsive and supportive conveyancers made a huge difference and really helped ease the stress and anxiety that comes with buying a home. I always felt reassured that everything was being handled properly and professionally.

Absolutely fantastic service, regular updates, all laid out very clearly, as FTB we were very worried about what people say about solicitors taking their time with things but Sumaiya Shabdeen and Zahra Mamon where very proactive and easily reachable! Nova kept us well informed and made the process smooth and effective. There were two hiccups; verifying the power of attorney was delayed ; the process for witnessing signatures was not very well explained, it needs better instructions.
