Buying a house is never easy however...
Buying a house is never straightforward, but Jayali and Asjaadh made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible from start to finish.
After our previous linked sale and purchase fell through, we had no hesitation in coming back to Nova Legal for our next purchase. That alone says a lot about the confidence we had in them. Throughout what turned out to be another long and complicated transaction, they were always approachable, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. Communication was excellent, and it was always easy to get hold of someone when we had questions or needed reassurance.
Jayali and Asjaadh genuinely went above and beyond for us. We always felt that they had our best interests at heart and were working hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving. Their professionalism, patience, and support made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful experience.

Positive experience
Nish, Sadham & team were excellent with communication providing weekly updates when awaiting to hear back from other professionals and answering any questions we had. When moving day finally came around, they talked us through everything very well. The online portal was very helpful too. There was a slight issue when the case was handed over which was overlooked by several professionals not just Nova though as soon as this was rectified everything else was as smooth as it could be. Overall I had a good experience with them.

We used Nova through our Mortgage Advisor - as first time buyers, we didn't know who to instruct and were happy to use their recommendation.
Of course, prior to this, we'd heard all the usual stories of "you're forever going to be chasing your solicitors for updates", and expected as such.
Well, that was never the case for us. From the get-go, Asjaadh was on the ball and kept us updated throughout the entire process either via telephone or email, without us needing to lift a finger!
Towards the end of the process, we were introduced to Shaahid who has also been phenomenal with communication.
Between navigating the new Renter's Rights and a very sudden completion date to aim for, both Asjaadh and Shaahid were absolutely fantastic and had patients of Saints.
We can't thank either of them enough for ensuring our first time purchase was, quite literally, stress-free!
It has been a pleasure, we would absolutely recommend Nova to anybody and, should we ever decide to move in the future, we'd like to have Nova on our side!

I appreciate the Nova Convincing team for being friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were always polite, responsive, and willing to answer my questions, which made the overall experience pleasant.
However, I would not recommend choosing the Nova racket option based on my experience. It was not completed within the promised 25 working days, and the delays made it feel like a poor value for the money. If you’re expecting the work to be finished within the agreed timeframe, you may want to consider other options.
Overall, the staff are experienced and courteous, but the failure to meet the promised deadline had a significant impact on my experience.

Slow and poor
My daughter used this company to buy a shared ownership property. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. There was no chain, just my daughter and the seller, and it took 6 months from beginning to end. Nova were slow, taking 24 hours to reply to phone messages and e-mails. They had no sense of urgency, and weren't communicating with the sellers solicitor. They didn't chase things up and so paperwork languished in intrays for days/weeks/months. Don't use them.
