I ordered a maxi deep slit dress but was instead sent a short dress with a slit in the middle. Also the incorrect item arrived weeks later and after constant chasing. And since then I have been chasing them for return and refund which the store owner refused to provide a prepaid shipping label, instead emailed me some warehouse in China and expects us to pay international shipping to return the item despite an error on their part. This is not a change of mind return. Its been a month and no refund received.

Purchased dress for my daughters formal. It arrived and was poorly made, cheap and a terrible fit. I emailed them to return the dress. It took over a week to get a response and they offered me 20% refund and to keep the dress. I am still sending them emails asking for refund and they are ignoring my emails. This website is a complete sham and it’s disgusting how they can rip so many people off. It is advertised as an Australian company but it is a Chinese company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Can I give 0 stars? The “dress” was appalling quality and totally wrong dimensions - so wide and so short. Unbelievably far from the website pictures and dimensions, it was laughable. The returns process was a joke, they offered me 20% off and keep the product instead of full return and I declined, they provided an address in China to send package to, full refund on return. However 6 months later the package is back to me, because now they tell me I was supposed to have less than 10€ on the declaration (the dress was $80…and no mention of this prior...) so now it’s my fault it wasn’t returned, and dress is back with me now. I have thrown the dress in the bin where it belongs and said goodbye to the $80 and $20 postage for the return. My mistake to use them, I hope this review helps someone else avoid. I will do everything I can to make sure people realise how scammy this website is.

After taking a month to arrive I am highly disappointed with the quality. The material is thin and cheap, the shape and fit is way off and the make is clearly inexperienced. Absolute rip off. Could have got better for $13 on Shein.

Absolute rubbish. They take your money and a month or more later some rubbish arrives that is nothing like you ordered. There was no stock in Australia, they send an order to China and some tiny, poor quality jeans arrived a month after I paid. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

I checked the return policy before ordering a dress. I received the dress but needed to return due to wrong size. I have sent several requests for return information which have been ignored. It is not an Australian site either. My bank transaction shows company is based in Hong Kong. And by providing my email address I am now bombarded daily with dozens of emails from shonky sites.

Dress recieved to terrible and large.
No response from emails, or message through the website.

This has been an awful experience. Their dresses have awful quality. I lost $300, and they are not refunding my money. They provided an address for a return, but now they don’t reply to my emails or messages on their website anymore.

Terrible company. Returned items and they have provided excuses and will not refund monies. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

The Novao jeans did arrive weeks after been in touch with them countless times,they touched base once,their name is not on them,a little tag china,very poor quality,don't fit,would not recommend them at all

Do not deal with this company!!
I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing which I normally do.
I purchase a black lace jumpsuit, looked lovely on their website but nothing like I received, completely see-through and poor quality.
I contacted them numerous times and they told me that if I return my item it would be expense rather keep item and get 25% refund
I complained again that this is not acceptable and then a few days later they said ir would be receiving at 25% refund.
That's what they work on- sending you a cheap inferior quality item and banking on that you will not return it, give you a small refund and pocket the rest.
Absolutely sham!!!

Complete scam. Paid $100 for a dress and 3 months later some revolting giant, dirty moo moo turned up. Literally the only similarity between what I ordered and what arrived is they were both orange. Disgusting company.

Warning, Warning do not buy from Novao.ca, size much smaller than it should be, and according to the information, the return slip should be included in the order confirmation, but as far as I understand, no one gets it, and they refuse to send a new return slip via email. They give a 20% discount on an item that cannot be used, if the item is to be returned then I will have to pay for the return shipping to Hong Kong myself, and since I do not have a shipping agreement, it is a cost of 650: - SEK

This company is a con and a scam. My items never arrived with no reason given and have lost $60. DO NOT ever buy from this website they are scammers.

Horrible place to buy clothes from and customers service even worse. I order a yellow dress and got a white one. Then when asked for a return was told I could either ship it back or get 20% back. The return address doesn’t exist on google maps and on auspost. Do not waste your time looking at the site.

I bought the dress for our daughter's first formal party, but unfortunately it didn't fit. So I asked the customer service to return it, but they offered a 30% discount instead of keeping the dress. But the dress didn't fit our daughter, so I asked the address to return it because I knew I wouldn't be able to wear it even if I kept it, but they told me that I had to return it to a Chinese warehouse because the warehouse was in China, and it was very expensive over $35. Also, the return address was not available when I looked it up on Google map, and I asked for the phone number and contact name to return it (because I had to put the phone number and contact number on the invoice), but they didn't reply to my message anymore.
In fact, when I checked the return policy, I couldn't find any mention that the warehouse is in China and that the return should be sent in a Chinese warehouse. Of course, I thought that I could return it to Australia, but I was very embarrassed because the customer service answered like this. (The special site is also called Novao AU, so I thought it was an Australian brand.) Therefore, those who want to buy a dress on this site should think twice about returning it and be aware that they may not be able to return it. Therefore, I never never never recommend this site!! it was the worst experence I had and the dress is still in my drawer.

Do not and I mean do not purchase from this scam of a company. I literally got a garbage instead of a dress.
I have sent email after email requesting a refund and have had no reply.
