I’d give 0 if I could

I’d give 0 if I could! Placed my order, chased delivery, delivery took too long. Ordered a jacket for my Dad for Christmas thinking there was enough time to get it before I got back from holiday but wasn’t the case. Nova London makes you think a UK establishment.. think again! I received the jacket size L which was a joke, it wasn’t even M. Like other reviews pointed out, this firm insists you send back to China and therefore it’s not free refunds as you have to pay customs etc. warning… do not waste your money!!!! In the end they refunded 20% if I didn’t want to pay for returns. I’m out of pocket and left with a Jacket that doesn’t fit… useless!

Never received my parcel and now saying it’s been delivered but obviously to a wrong address.
KEEP AWAY ITS A SCAM!!!
