I found out about this product on Pinterest. I placed an order back in September. It is now November 25th, 2021 and I still have not received my item. I emailed the company and a lady called (Lucia) sent me a link clearly showing that my package was delivered to another county. I live in England UK and the package was delivered to West Midlands MC. Even though the tracking clearly showed that the item was delivered to West Midlands, Lucia kept saying that the packaged was delivered to my home address or either at the post office. I called the phone number on the link Lucia sent me and it turns out it is a fake number. I then called Royal mail and they said I was given a fake tracking number. :(

The reviews on Lucias website are fake reviews. She purposely doesn't put the real reviews up.
Be careful.

Waste of money don't buy. I mailed them the same day I received, on the 24th of November them as they are useless and won't fit plus there is no instruction how to use them. I asked for a refund and a woman called lucie (probably not even her real name) told me she would forhead my complaint to her supervisor. We mailed back and forth. I received an email on the 2nd of December saying, and I quote

Hello,

We thank you for your message :

After checking, we found that your refund time is largely exceeded. The refund is therefore no longer possible.

Lucie

This is just a baseless and totally not acceptable as an argument becsuse it took then all this time to come back with a reply for a refund and they are just trying to put the blaim on the customer.

I will look have to take this matter further but if course they have no official address online. Scam disgraceful

Product is not at all like the one advertised, tried to contact them and got ignored. When I pushed for an answer I got told that they couldn’t take the product back because of the pandemic, despite claiming a 30-day guarantee. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Complete waste of time and money.
They respond very vaguely. I know I have got no chance of getting my money back.
How can it is allowed to trade and what can be done to flag them?

I ordered this product online,it arrived today 18/10/21.Inside the bubble wrap envelope,was a plastic container, which had one upper/one lower set of supposed teeth veneers,along with two pieces of wax.the product is too small to fit into my mouth,as for the wax,I have no idea what to do with it.It wasn't enclosed in a box,or further packaging or instructions for use.I have emailed the company for instructions regards return policy and refund, but as yet no response.I wouldn't recommend anyone else to buy from this company,I have laid out over £ 25.00 for something that is going in the bin.Reviews by trust pilot and the likes of these review companies Should be taken down, and replaced by stating Con Merchants, beware of being robbed

This is a scam, I have contacted them over and over as
The product has never arrived. They don’t want to know or help. So a complete waste of time and money. If you like wasting £30 buy from them.
