Hard to find
This is to replace one my wife has had for over a dozen years. Not to be found in USA it seems. Glad I found one even though shipping was expensive.
Note: I included instructions for a PO Box number to be used if this was to go by mail. Glad the young woman working our small post office is nice or this would have gone back because you failed to use box #. And they “don’t know our physical address.

Apologies for the problem with the shipping, the booking systems over here sometimes don't register PO boxes the same way and I think it just got confused. We will endeavour to do better in the future and make sure it gets added! I am glad you like the product though, hopefully your wife likes it too!

This chops very well but unnecessarily bulky
This chops very well but I hadn’t considered how bulky it is to store. Not sure why it doesn’t have one cup for all blade sizes and only one holder which you can swop blades in and out of. The extra and in my view unnecessary bulk also adds to environmental footprint.

It's difficult to know what to do for the best with the containers as people like to do lots of food prep at the same time so it's handy to have multiple, but I understand what you're saying about it taking up space! I bought the neoflam 28inch pot, good size, oiled it, used it twice and the coating is coming off the rim. Will not buy again, it wasn’t cheap.

Not only do they have brilliant pans but also the customer service is faultless.
