The recruiter themselves was pleasant enough, however the whole experience was disappointing. Our first structural engineer left within the contract period so we were provided with a free replacement. This second engineer had a terrible attitude to work and we had to let them go, again within the contract period. However this time Novax said we would have to pay in full for another engineer as they 'don't offer a replacement on a replacement'. We paid £12,000 for nothing. We will not be working with Novax in future.

Saw advert and applied, received phone call a few days later and discussed application. They were happy to forward CV to employer. Clear and honest advice given. Two weeks later interview set up.
