Great, I was a little sceptical at first because the website is quite old looking. Ordered morning of 20th January and arrived morning of 21st. Turned out to be just what we needed and at the best price I could find too.
An LED floodlight with a 5 yr warranty failed after three years. I contacted Novel Energy and a replacement was delivered 2 days later.
