Ordered the Syrene summer dress
Ordered the Syrene summer dress. It arrived but poor quality, size is way off (too small)
I checked before I purchased that there was a return option. There was.
In reality the item has to be faulty and only then you can only send to India at your own cost. Even though there's an office in the UK.
I now have a poorly made dress that doesn't fit, that I can't return.
Absolute scam.
