Dear customer, thank you for your feedback. Our refund policy is 5-10 working days. With PayPal, it is usually within 3-5 working days however it depends on how long the refund is cleared. We also emailed you to let you know the item was back in stock on Thursday – Jun 2024. Sorry for the delay delay. If you purchase again from us we will offer you a discount. Dear customer,

Thank you for your email. Yes, our telephone number 07919 174385 is serviced by vodafone UK.

We also have WhatsApp, Online chat, and email, but for a quicker response, we prefer if you can contact us online or drop us an email as we stated in the email that our telephone line were busy.

Thank you for your feedback and I agree we should have contacted you sooner if the item was unavailable. However, we replied through email explaining that our telephone systems were busy and we did not have an estimated date. We also did not know if you preferred a refund.

Thank you for stating you can buy similar products on Ebay through charity shops. Since 2008, we also sell on Ebay and donated the profits to charities from our sales. In addition, all our items are not used. They are brand new compared to local shops. If we sell something used it will be less or list it through eBay for the auction.

We received a PayPal case on the same day and refunded the customer immediately and the case was closed.
