While I am tech-ignorant, my tech support person was extremely patient and helpful, first guiding me through my inability to install my eSIM card and dealing with all my questions; then, when I learned the card I had chosen might not meet my needs, patiently helping me replace (with a not-much-more-expensive-option) what she had just worked on so diligently, and doing it all over again with me. Terrific service!

I used novesim.com for an eSIM purchase and the whole process was simple and hassle-free. Installation instructions were clear, activation was fast, and the connection worked as expected. They offer competitive prices, which was a nice bonus. I’d definitely recommend them.

One star is much too much: that’s a SCAM business.
We bought two 10GB, 30 days for Mexico, while being in Canada.
We tried to activate the eSIMs for THREE DAYS - to no prevail, because the QR was expired. The “customer service” pretended to try to solve the problem, then they asked us to activate the eSIM in Mexico with another QR code. It didn’t work.
There is no technical difficulties, IT’S A SCAM, like many other. You’ll NEVER be able to use the eSIM card.
DON’T WAISTE YOUR MONEY, BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY,
