Was a great experience overall. I bought an engagement ring and was consulted by the team very nicely. They were incredibly helpful. The diamond's sparkle catches attention which ofcourse wins me some husband points. All in all, they have good products of high quality and combine it with great service.

Both my stunning platinum engagement ring and perfectly paired pave wedding band were made by Novita Diamonds. They made the whole process so easy, from learning how to pick a good diamond, to being so incredibly patient whilst I tried on a number of different ring styles. The wife and I cannot recommend Novita Diamonds Sydney anymore highly. The knowledge, professionalism and warmth of their Diamond Specialist was second to none. The quality of their lab grown diamonds is showcased in the photos on their website. I could not afford a 1.8 carat round brilliant diamond when I first got engaged. I made a promise to myself that one day I would upgrade my wife’s engagement ring to a round brilliant and I just recently learnt about lab grown diamonds. Lab grown diamonds are REAL diamonds made from pure carbon and are a much more affordable option than mined diamonds. Novita Diamonds are a highly reputable company and trusted specialists in this field. Recently decided to 'upgrade' my engagement ring and since our daughter had bought a lab diamond from Novita in London, decided to go and see them in Auckland, New Zealand. I dealt with a gorgeous young woman called Aly who was so patient and helpful in helping me make a decision as to what I wanted.I am blown away by the cost difference between a lab diamond and a mined diamond. Also impressed by the fact it's an ethically sourced diamond. I am so thrilled with my new solitaire ring, it has exceeded all my expectations and I just wanted to give a big shout out to Aly whose service was superb. Novita I will be back!

After fully customising my partners engagement ring and ordering it, within 2 hours I was contacted by a customer service rep, to assist in my design and make changes that were adequate to get the ring ASAP. The ring was created and delivered in a timely manner, and the ring is everything my fiancé and I ever could have dreamed of. My fiancé has since had the ring resized and the face to face customer service was incomparable.

Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Novita! They were very helpful when I booked my appointment, and had a wide variety of options for me to look at in person. The team were also very accommodating when they learned that I needed the ring ASAP as I was planning on proposing to my then girlfriend, overseas! I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The amazing quality and pricing of their rings made Novita the perfect choice! The diamond sparkled more than the Eiffel Tower! The addition of the light in the box, made the proposal even more special! As I proposed overseas, the very helpful team allowed the resizing period to be extended. This meant my fiancée could get the ring resized after our holiday without any additional payments! We would use Novita Diamonds again for our wedding bands or any other jewellery pieces.
