Read the other reviews...I've had exactly the same expereance. It's just rubbish, and a lot of trouble and expensive to replace. How can Wickes still have it for sale, I do not know...
The flooring does not last a year. Avoid
The flooring is absolutely trash, if I could give a lower score than 1, I would !!.
The flooring was great, to lay down, but within a year, it's cracked, lifting, etc, and whenever I vacuum the flooring, you can hear the floor crack, and with being disabled, it's a hazard !!
This flooring looked great but within 12 months the planks start to split, and after lots of emails the manufacturer ( based in China) refuses to honour the warranty on the grounds I have furniture on it! The company should be shut down! Avoid this product and manufacturer
The product will look great for a short time but it wont last, i have had the downstairs of my house done with this rubbish .... i have a number of sections where the join has seperated but worst of all is the longitudal spolits and delaminatied sections.
I have gone through or at least attempted to go through a warranty claim with the retailer and to cut a long story short the manufacturere wont honor its warranty - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
