I ordered a dress 2 weeks ago that still hasn't been shipped. I've written twice with zero response from them. Starting to question whether this is a legitimate business?

ı got my delivery yesterday.And this is just disappointing .The fabric quality has nothing to do with the picture.didn’t like at all . Material not good quality. I’m just so regret. I want to get my money back and I want to send it back as well.

I sent my item back over 10 weeks ago and still not had my refund my postage tracking is saying its been returned to seller but I’ve had no refund I have emailed on numerous occasions with no response.This company is terrible dont buy from them you will be ripped off be warned

THIS COMPANY SUCKS. SCAMMED MY WIFE FOR A DRESS. CONTLESS EMAILS WITH CRAP ANSWERS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I GOT OUR MONEY BACK, BUT WE WERE LUCKY.

Ladies , please don't buy anything from them , they are scammers , they advertise one thing and send you something similar that made with very cheap fabric , glued cheap stones on it ......and when ask for return and refund they send me email from customer service......

3. Return the item back to us, the return shipping fee is at your cost. The refund of the item price will be issued after return package delivered to us.

Then come up with refund of 6$ , which mean that their dresses cost is between 4-6 $ when I paid 49.99 plus shipping that took a while .....

Absolutely shocking. Looking nothing like the dress I ordered. The material is cheap . I paid £50 and it doesn’t even look worth £10. I wouldn’t even buy it if it was in a charity shop for £1. Gutted as I bought the dress for a special occasion and now I’ve hardly any time to find another.

Placed an order that took 2 months to arrive. Once arrived it didn't fit, emailed the company asked for exchange. Customer Service responded that they do not recommend returning due to expensive shipping and if it gets delayed in Customs they are not responsible. they are located in CHINA. But, they did offer for 25-30% off new dress if I keep (and pay for) first order. This company has since changed its name to Novodiva Office. If you're lucky enough to receive your order you will be stuck with it. TOTAL SCAM!

This is a fake company. I wish I could give the no stars. The are out of Shanghai. Good luck on trying to return something. They do not give refunds. Their products are flemzy and left over materials. Items come too small.

Issue with return service - do not purchase if you like to try multiple dresses or return as the return is in china and you will end up loosing money as when you ask them to return they offer you further discount on future purchases meaning you are still stuck with original or pay for shipping to china which is over £20 tracked.
The dress was nice but too big.

Thanks for the options but the return service is a big let down.

The quality of the products are poor, to return an item it was costing £20 plus maybe custom charges. They do not want their products back they offered €4 then €6 then finally €8 to keep it, so save yourself the hassle and avoid this company.

Do not use this company!!!!
Items received without labels and not as described. Fabrics do not meet description. Obtaining a refund is not possible as made too difficult.
DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Took weeks to receive my order after chasing up the order twice! Tried to return the order then and was told I’d be best keeping it and they would either offer me little money back or a 25% discount of my next order and that the return would be to china and would be very costly.

Shocking service, I ordered a dress, after 4 weeks of not receiving it I chased them up, they were very vague about delivery, it appeared they hadn’t even sent the item, I chased and chased to see when delivery would be, they didn’t listen to anything I asked or told them, in the end after 6 weeks, they cancelled the order! I have still got to see if I get my money back, they said they will refund the item, but I’m disgusted with the service, will never use again and advise people to steer clear of this company!!

Made an order. Took a month to arrive from China. It wasn’t good quality so emailed them to arrange to send it back. They discouraged me from returning it and reluctantly gave me an address to return it. Paid to return it and didn’t get a refund. Gutted.
