I ordered a dress and when it arrived it looked nothing like on the website. I asked to return it and they sent me another one of the scam dress. After practically begging for a return label, they said no and that I would have to pay for shipping back to China. So bizarre now I’m down $100 and have 2 ugly dresses that look like a piece of satin that was quickly cut into some resemblance of a dress. Such a bad experience.
Do not buy!!! Complete scam. Terrible quality clothing it comes from china not Australia like the website suggested. You have to pay to return it to china?!!
After ordering online from this company that states it’s in Australia, my order actually was coming from China. Firstly I waited 3 weeks to be then told it was lost by the carrier. I was then told another item has been despatched and is with the carrier . After waiting again with no item still ; I told the company I wanted a refund. The company was happy to give me one so that only shows me that the replacement item was obviously not despatched and with the carrier. Not only is this company dishonest in stating that their business is in Syd Australia they are also dishonest saying my second item has been dispatched and with the carrier. I recommend steering clear from this label.
