Not what it says

Just had my email returned. Been promised a refund because product hasn’t worked. Not received this refund or reply to my two emails. I was first sent something totally different and the second time they sent me something also not called novowell although it did have the same ingredients. Said packaging had changed. Still didn’t work!

Delivery fiasco!

Very responsive support email - ‘Olivia’ was available at all times of day or night! Very helpful but sadly not able to fulfil promises. The first was my mistake not checking properly and autofill had put the wrong postcode in for my address. I only realised when Yodel called with problems trying to deliver my package. Olivia helped me to get hold of yodel to deliver to my correct address. But sadly the package had been opened and 2 of my 3 items were missing.
Olivia kindly offered to send 2 new items and I very specifically gave my correct address this time.
But, this did not get through to fulfilment and my package went off to the wrong part of the country again. This time Yodel returned to sender without me being able to redirect it, but Olivia promised to send it out again. I didn’t chase it up and I haven’t received the rest of my order.

Sorry, but would not recommend

There was a mistake with my order & somehow I ended up with 6 tubes of the gel ( which cost me about £55 ) . I messaged Novowell , & to be fair to them they responded quickly & offered a refund , which I excepted because I wasn’t prepared to send them back to china !!
Although the original postage was from England. I think was about a 30% refund , which was better than nothing but would have made all the difference if I could have sent the extra 3 tubes back to the English postal address .
I used the gel as directed & it has made zero difference , and I think it’s actually made it worse as the nail now seems harder.Ive been using the gel for about 3wks . Was really hoping that the product would work, but definitely not for me !

Paid over the odds for a sub-standard…

Paid over the odds for a sub-standard product.
Thankfully I used 3rd party payment method because the website which I saved is flagged as potential data breach!
Do not fall for it!
Reported their adds on SM too 👍🏼🤨
Edit: I would like to contact you re your reply but it's pointless when you've provided an incomplete email address. I notice this isn't the first time you have done this either...

Fantastic Product

In this day and age, it’s not often I am urged to complement a company on the quality of their product and their service. However, having tried many off the shelf products which failed to have the desired effect, and following a lead on Instagram, I took the plunge and ordered your nail fungus product on line. I was a little concerned about falling for scams as the product took a few weeks to arrive. But this was understandable as I believe it came from overseas. I had no need to worry as I have now used the product for the past two weeks and really can’t believe the results. I am now no longer embarrassed about them and I’m looking forward to the summer, being able to wear summer footwear with exposed toes. I would certainly recommend the product to all and wish you every success in helping everyone improve their foot health.

It is easy to use

It is easy to use - but I really haven’t noticed a change in two weeks. I will keep using it however, it is disheartening that I haven’t seen an improvement .
