"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent appointment. Despite being promised a body analysis and a 'VIP product' via text, neither was provided. I arrived for weight loss support, yet my concerns were ignored in favor of a high-pressure sales pitch for skin treatments.

Most concerning was the shift in the staff's demeanor when I asked for time to review the information. The assumption that I was 'not interested' or 'unable to afford' the service—resulting in a total lack of follow-up—felt rooted in bias rather than professional assessment. I expect the business to honor its initial promises and address why my actual health concerns were disregarded."

Went there to lose belly fat, nice people however for 5 months nothing worked, even moved appointments to weekly. The staff were also perplexed. Also you are forced to tip as day one I was approached to tip, I was taken back and quite frankly, embarrassed to be approached to aggressively. It may work for you but did nothing for me. Asking for a full refund and they are fighting it. How amazing $3500 for a waste of time when it did NOTHING AT ALL, not even one bit of 1%. So to be fair, they should reimburse me and they are saying they will not. That's sad, they should comply with their guarantee. I do not recommend these services or this company. I first came to the spa I was approached about the packages they had I was very interested the place is impressive the people seem nice I am older and I want to improve my skin I went into another room they sort of bombarded me and or trying to push a package on me they showed me a chart I pickedthe package I could afford… I could not afford one penny more than what I chose… I chose A package that was $2200 then they told me they want me to go through a credit company but don’t worry I will get 0% intrest and if I make my payments every month for one year there will be 0% interest I said OK I can do that everything‘s great until I get the bill in the mail instead of 2200 it’s 2800 instead of a 0% in trust it’s 25% interest instead of one year contract as I was told it would be… It was two years when I called up to address the situation the first girl I talk to was very nice but then she gave me to someone else that I don’t know her name was so so so so RUDE!!! She didn’t care about anything at all what I was saying she did not care at all and she was even laughing at me very very very dishonest company very dishonest! I happened to read just a little while ago I was looking at other reviews and I read a review from a girl that briefly had a job there and she said that during the training. They told her to think like car salesman and push push push and that’s exactly what it was that’s exactly how I felt and I got the short end of the stick!!!!!! What really blows me away is that woman on the phone was so rude and she was actually laughing at me now I am stuck paying all that extra money!!!
