Trying to withdraw but there is a set limit to withdraw

This broker are not reliable. I deposited into my MT4 account for over a week the deposit will not reflect in my account and there were no update when my deposit will reflect in my account. I will advise anyone not to use this broker .

I have been waiting more than a week for a withdrawal that should take minutes with any legitimate broker. The fact that my funds are being withheld for this long is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company’s integrity and financial practices.

Customer support is essentially non-existent. It is impossible to reach a real representative. I have opened multiple tickets, and every single one is answered by the same automated response from “Carl” — with no actual follow-up or resolution. This is not customer service; this is avoidance.

At this point, the company’s behavior appears highly suspicious. Holding client funds, refusing communication, and failing to provide a timeline for withdrawal are all red flags for improper business conduct. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue formal complaints with regulatory and consumer protection agencies.

I strongly advise anyone considering this broker to stay away. No reputable financial institution treats clients’ funds or time in this manner. Their practices are unprofessional, irresponsible, and potentially fraudulent.

You can always trade on any broker. That should not be rated. But the real test of a broker or propfirm is payout speed. I have been waiting for 5 day so far for a payout. I used bitcoin and even recorded the process. It's been showing in progress for 5 days! Other brokers have my payment sent in less that three hours.

My name is Kelvin and from West side Africa Nigeria, I just started using Novus Market and I really enjoy and Love the trade copier function.
Though their customer service is very poor and slow.
I made a deposit on Saturday night 9th August 2025 and up till now, My account hasn't been credited yet, I reached out to customer service, they replied after 3 days of opening multiple tickets and they promised to fix it and till now today Friday 15th of August, no reply from them, money not credited and I am frustrated 🥴
I want to use this medium to urge the novus team to please credit my funds, and the CEO of Novus Market should improve their services by getting qualified customer agents
