Does not keep to own return policies

I asked the seller to cancel on the same day as purchase. After asking me why I wanted to cancel they decided to go against their own return policy and ship anyways. I purchased on September 20th. Asked to cancel on September 20th. They asked why I wanted to cancel on September 21st. I told them I no longer wanted the product on September 21st. They refused to refund me and shipped out on September 29th. I will edit this review once the werewolf mask and paws arrives to let you know if the item matches the werewolf mask and paws on the website. For your information they have removed the werewolf mask and paws from their website at this time.
