Upload a CAD file, see the price on screen in seconds, choose your material and finish, and we print the part in our own US factory and ship it to you. No login required. Two industrial technologies, both run in house: SLA resin printing when finish, fine detail, and tight tolerances define the part, and SLS nylon when it has to survive real use. More than 20 materials are live today across rigid, tough, flexible, glass-filled, and elastomeric grades, including Clear and Color Resin V5, Rigid 10K, Tough 1000 and Tough 1500 V2, Flexible 50A and 80A, Nylon 11, Nylon 12, Nylon 12 GF, and TPU 90A. Every material lists real mechanical data, so you can choose on engineering grounds instead of guessing. Order 1 part or 1000. Formlabs designs the printers, the resin, and the powder, so your parts come off the same machines and chemistry our engineers validated. Printing, washing, curing, support removal, and finishing all happen under one roof.
