A rollercoaster experience
Wrong item deliver, no press top cap on shampoo without any notice. However, the customer service is nice they resent the correct item, and a wee gift too!
I understand everyone can make mistake but the attitude to correct is way more important which I appreciate their work attitude, that’s why I give 5 star.

Really sorry I sent the wrong Conditioner.Human error on our behalf! I have sent the correct one which should be with you within a few days. I am also sorry that this brand no longer comes with the pump top which they've previously and some other suppliers may still have older stock. Silly decision by the manufacturer and a frustrating one in this circumstance as we had changed the imagery to show no pump on the listing. I hope this doesn't put you off using our service and that hopefully once you received the correct item you may change this one star review?

Bad customer service
The order process and delivery was good. However I ordered shampoo and conditioner with pump. The pump on the shampoo bottle is not working. I have contacted the company 5 days ago and still haven’t got a response. This is disappointing and makes the use of the product quite difficult.

First time ordering from here. Easy to order from and the product was exactly what it should have been. Royal Mail messed up the delivery though and it took 2 weeks to arrive. Other than that, spot on. Will use again.
