Absolutely amazing

I can’t tell anybody how impressed I am with NOW HAIR Manchester.This is why!!!
I had my transplant around 18months ago and like us all I was concerned that it wouldn’t work .Karl gave me reassurance that if the transplant wasn’t what I wanted it to look like they would redo it totally for free or add extra if necessary.Well I sent in my 1 year hair shot (image) picture and they asked me if I was happy with my results to date.I replied with YES but sometimes in certain light it can look thin but overall amazing outcome.
Anyway around a week later the Now team contacted me to book my free hair transplant.I replied have you called the wrong person?They replied No we aren’t happy with your year hair photo,we agree it does look a little thin,so we will not just add extra to certain areas we will give you a free full frontal hair transplant of the value of 3k!!!!! Which company do you know that would ofger that. Customer service at its finest
I can’t thank the team enough. Also I can’t believe how reasonably priced the Hair Transplant is for the Work and the amount of technicians and doctors that are working on you through the day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

I’m 2 weeks post and really pleased with how things have gone so far. The service I’ve had from John from Now Hair has been superb.

What I like is his down to earth, honest take on everything. The aftercare is something I didn’t realise was so important and sets Now Hair apart from all the other hair companies. John has checked in with me daily, answered all my many questions and given me step by step advice on planning the op, getting the op and recovery. I’ve already put a friend straight onto him. I can’t recommend Now Hair enough!

The experience was great pain free apart from the first few minutes to numb my head. I kept falling asleep it was great. Great company great communication before and after from the clinic and from Karl. He rings all the time to make sure all is going and looking fine and gives you step by step instructions and what to do next. An amazing company would highly recommend to anyone

I had my transplant on 17/04/2026 and whilst I cannot comment on the final result as it will take some time yet, my experience to date has been exceptional! From the first conversation I had with John at Now Hair, to the procedure itself, and the after care, I cannot speak highly enough of John and Now Hair! I had many queries which John swiftly answered, providing me with some much needed reassurance and advice throughout! I will leave another review once the final results are here but I'm very confident I'll get the results I was hoping for! Highly recommend Now Hair and John has been first class!

I had a great experience with my hair transplant procedure. Karl kept me well informed from the very beginning and made sure I understood every stage of the process. The aftercare was second to none — he was always available, day or night, to answer any concerns or questions I had.

The step-by-step instructions for the hair washing schedule and recovery process were very clear and easy to follow, which made the whole experience much less stressful. I felt supported throughout the entire journey and couldn’t be happier with the level of care and professionalism.

After many years searching for the rite place to have my hair done i spoke to so many companys who was all ringing me every day trying to push me into having it done which put me off then I come across now hair spoke to scott who was so helpful and down to earth, told me about the process and didn't put me under any kind of pressure once I spoke to him I knew this was the right place also reading all the reviews made me feel at ease. I left it a couple of week before deciding in that time he did not ring me trying to persuade me to go with now hair. I am now 5 months pre opp and I'm absolutely made up with the results so far and I'm not even half way to full result. Only 8 days in but so far couldn’t be happier with my results. Karl is great always on the phone at any time replies weekend bank holidays the works ! Not pushy sales man technique just answers your questions and makes sure your doing the right thing for you

Can't praise Now Hair Cosmetic Surgery and particularly John highly enough. Absolutely brilliant from initial enquiry to today - 12 days post transplant. I had my first transplant with Now Hair 2 years ago now. I got in touch with Scott from Now Hair regarding my crown area, which was 1 of 2 areas covered on my first procedure.
After speaking with Scott, he got me re booked in for a follow up procedure to add more density to my crown area.

The service I've received on both occasions has been 10/10. From booking the appointment to the after care making sure everything it going the way it should be.

The customer service from NOW hair has been great (3 weeks post procedure right now) Karl has walked me through every step before and most importantly afterwards, making sure I know what to expect and how to care for my hair during the recovery stage, I cannot fault the service, you would not be disappointed the clinic and doctor they use are very professional, also reaching out to you checking you are recovering well, the technicians made sure on the day that I was as comfortable as you could be, and keeping me updated on what was happening at each stage, again a really good service provided.

From Kerry initially to Karl who took over, I have received consistent professional support and advice. Kerry prior and Karl both prior and post my procedure on 12 April. Their knowledge, professionalism and reassurance has made the entire experience far easier to deal with.
