I was worried about the whole lot and how the experience would be but as soon as I landed the professionalism was from the off.. I felt so important,safe,etc and was brought for the standard bloods the night before and then was brought to the most beautiful hotel. We were right across from a lovely pleasant area full of coffee shops and restaurants. When we got to the place of surgery they were so cool too and were brought down for breakfast before the procedure. We were then took up to get the transplant (sounds worse than it is) the initial injections are sore but that only lasts 30 seconds to a minute and then the rest is just you waiting for it to be over. You don’t feel a thing.
After it we are brought down for food and then back to the hotel again. Chill for the day and then they bring you back again the next day to take of the dressing and wash it down.
I am 7 months post and I still get a text from them every month to see how it is.
My results have been amazing and I could honestly say after 10/12 weeks I was up to where there the shedding was done (I wear my hair short) and as far as I was concerned I had it all completed , but of coarse it continues to get better month by month.
I can assure anyone is thinking about it not to worry about it and now hair time are all they are made up to be and you’ll be so happy you done it. Take it from someone who is hard pleased , it was amazing, I am so happy with my results and anyone who knows me closely were so impressed. The others who didn’t know I went over didn’t even know or notice I got a procedure done. That is how good the work was.
Do it.. you won’t regret it. Promise.

I was a bit nervous but they made me feel so good which I am so grateful for! Got my hair transplant back in October 2024. Currently at 7 months in, I'm really happy with my progress so far, definitely cant wait to see the final results at 12 months. They did a great job at answering my questions before the transplant, and have continued to do so during the months after. The whole experience was great, I highly recommend!!

I have had my transplant with this clinic 2 years ago. Now everything has grown out and is perfect ! The service was fantastic , they picked me up from the hotel in Mercedes minivan with personal driver. The office staff very very cool. The operation was very efficient. And all it takes is patience and taking your medicine and your hair will grow.

I went to now hair time in November for a hair transplant, and the service they provided was brilliant from landing in turkey to going home. I felt comfortable throughout and they communicated with me through every step. I was picked up in style and was taken to every appointment and even to and from the airport.

The hotel was great and in a great location! Also, since I arrived home the now hair time after care team have been in contact answering any questions when I’ve asked and kept in touch with me each month wanting to see the progress!

I am extremely happy with the results so far, these pictures are my progress from the 2nd month till now the 5th month, the progress has been crazy and I’ve still another 7 more month of hair growth till fully complete.

I would highly recommend going now hair time if you are considering getting you hair done.

The Operation itself was Tough for sure but the people around me were really Kind and did there best to make me feel good !

All I can say is that so far the experience has been great. The progress of everything is a marathon not a sprint but already I am 8 months in and it’s a complete difference. Confidence is through the roof so far and I can’t wait to see the final results in a couple months. There is always skepticism about this and I am an African American male and in most of these scenarios you are just told to go bald but not anymore I’m gonna tell my friends all about this clinic. GREAT service, Great accommodations from the first day to the last, Great procedure, and an overall great experience. The anestesia was not my friend in the slightest hahaha that was literally they only thing I can say was a bad time at this clinic just do to how painful it was not the handling of it whatsoever but no pain no gain! My friends, family, coworkers can’t even remember what I used to look like and when I show them they just say a miracle was performed. I say no Now hair time saved my life hahahaha.

I previously had a transplant in November 2020 in Manchester. Which I wouldn’t avoid at all costs. After visiting now hairtime I couldn’t fault it, the care from the team was next level. And the results I have now are what I would expect from a hair transplant done properly. I would have paid more knowthing the results were going to be this good. I would whole heartedly recommend

This is going to be a long review but I wanted to do it, as Now-Hair Time as an organisation deserve it 100%. I am currently 9 months post procedure.

So to give a small background about me - I'm originally from the subcontinent part of Asia, moved to the USA for Masters. Always had a head full of thick hair which started receding and thinning after moving to the USA, for various reasons - stress, degrade in quality of life etc.

It came to a point where I couldn't cover up my bald/ receding spots anymore and became more visible to people. Confidence was getting a bit low as well. I was looking into hair transplant clinics in the USA, as it would be more convenient. The prices were too high and more importantly the quality of work (from the pictures) was not appealing in any way.

Thankfully I came across Now-Hairtime on Instagram, and was immediately impressed with the portfolio. They had contact info on the bio, hit them up and the response was very quick. They asked me to send pictures of my head and asked about some basic health information. A quote was sent in a few days which was pretty affordable. On top of this they were taking care of stay and transport. I was contemplating on a suitable time to go and noticed a long weekend coming up. Spoke with the now-hairtime agent, checked for availability on the days I wanted, booked the tickets. They quickly sent my hotel reservation info and details on how to get out and meet with the driver once I landed. I was slightly nervous, as this was all new to me, but let me tell you from the driver to every single person I met related to Now-hairtime were some of the nicest people I've ever met. Made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. The original agenda was for 4 days but since I wanted to get stuff done in 3 days, they re-organised the schedule and were very flexible. I have stayed in 5 star hotels before, and the one I got to stay in Istanbul is definitely among the best. Beautiful experience!

The day of procedure was seamless as well, they communicated everything clearly and answered any questions I had. The only hard part of this whole process was the numbing (anaesthesia) they give to the back of your head. Stings a bit, but will be done in 15 minutes. The two technicians (a man and a woman )who did the transplant procedure were very professional and very kind; I wish I got to remember their names, a huge shoutout to both of them!

After the procedure you are sent back to the hotel to rest, which is also slightly hard as for the next 10 days your sleeping position should be upright. Tbh that was not too hard at all. The next day they removed bandages and washed the donor area. You can fly out the same day, but I stayed for an extra night just in case. The next day all the medication (basic pills, no strong dosages, my aunt is a doctor so got them verified) required for the next 10 days is provided, along with after care products, and a bunch of delicious Turkish sweets. You also have a session with the doctor to ask any questions you may have.

Traveling back the next day, the journey back  home was slightly uncomfortable, but went by quickly. I would recommend doing 10 days of work from home/ PTO after the procedure.

Currently Iam at 9 months post procedure and the results have been anything and everything I have wanted. An agent is constantly in touch with you and ready to answer any questions you might have along the way.  If you are in a similar situation and thinking about it, don't hesitate, Now-Hair Time IS THE RIGHT CHOICE. Get in touch with them and the rest will be history.

Now Hair Time made me look 10 years younger with my new head of hair!
