I have bought before from your company, staright forward transaction and delivered on time. As I had previosly ordered 7 years ago I thought the chandelier may have been discontinued, was so happy when you had the light in stock and at a very reasonable price. Well Done.

I really couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience. I’d seen a ceiling light i really liked a few months ago but it was beyond my price range at the time. Fast forward to last week when I did a quick google search to see if anyone was still selling it, only to find not only did Now lighting have it but it was considerably cheaper than what it initially had been because it is no longer in production. Obviously I ordered it right away.
I received immediate confirmation of my order & then a follow up from Allison confirming when dispatch and courier delivery would be happening.
My light arrived today and to say I’m delighted would be an understatement. It’s not only gorgeous, but the quality is unbelievable.
I’m so happy with it & will be highly recommending Now lighting to everyone I know.

Delivered following day so replaced the old blown unit within 24 hours. Good service.

The light I bought arrived damaged. The glass was chipped and the brass had a dent. Exchanged several email with their team but the company refuses an exchange or refund because they deem the damage not serious enough. I would not use this retailer as obviously is not reliable or professional and will use any excuse to avoid their responsibility.

On total need to improve their service. To be honest, I ordered the wall lights paid for them, I checked their website it was mentioned 7 left in stock, but they refund my money... better to update your website..
Also one of my lighting damaged , the package damaged as well. I'm not satisfied with the service...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Beware of their refund policy. You have to pay for the return, they do not acknowledge receipt and in my case, you need to chase them up to see what is happening. Only to be told a refund is refused because the item was not returned EXACTLY as they originally sent it out. Nothing broken, nothing missing, every scrap of packaging returned. Refund refused. Totally unreasonable. If you want to risk buying from them either make sure you have physically seen the item in a showroom or meticulously video yourself unpacking item in the hope that you can replicate this should you need to return it. APPALLING.

Extremely poor customer service, I ordered a light fitting over £200 expecting to be notified of a delivery as stated on my invoice to be between 2-4 working days. I am currently on day 5 with no confirmation to date. Money has been taken from my account I am yet to hear from now lighting following two instances of me contacting them via their email response. There is no contact numbers to speak to anybody directly and I am disgusted with the lack of response having taken my money. I am yet to get my delivery or recieve a refund. My advice to anybody else…. DO NOT ORDER from now lighting unless you wish for your money to be taken with my goods delivered.

1st class quality light fitting at a fair price, and looks stunning!
Customer service and delivery were excellent especially as I had to return one lamp (which was my fault).
Would throughly recommend Now Lighting for any lighting requirements.

I would not recommend Nowlighting. I ordered a light and two packs of lightbulbs. I was happy with the value and delivery was fine. I had the lights and bulbs installed by an electrician but within a week several of the bulbs had blown. I contacted Nowlighting via their website and did not hear back with a follow up. As such, I would be worried to order with them in the future due to the customer service.

Good quality light, at a good price. Now lighting quickly sorted out problems with DHL.

Good light at an excellent price. Customer service was good and website ordering process was easy. The light was delivered just within the time specified on the website.
