Written by the company

Nowoperator is an HVAC software platform built to help home service companies capture more leads, give customers faster pricing information, manage follow-up, and turn more website traffic into booked jobs. The product combines several tools in one place, including an HVAC Price Estimator, CRM, automated follow-ups, form builder, integrations, and forecasting tools for capacity and marketing planning. The Price Estimator can be added to an HVAC company’s website so homeowners can answer a few questions and receive an estimated price range for repair or replacement. This gives potential customers useful information before they call and helps contractors capture more qualified leads from existing website traffic. Nowoperator also includes a simple CRM for managing leads and customer information, along with follow-up tools that help businesses stay in touch with prospects after the first interaction. Companies can use forms to collect lead information and connect Operator with systems such as ServiceTitan, Jobber, and Housecall Pro. The platform also includes a prediction engine designed to help HVAC businesses plan around demand, available capacity, and marketing activity. Nowoperator is built for HVAC contractors and other home service businesses that want a clearer lead-to-booking workflow without adding more disconnected tools. The goal is to help businesses get more value from the leads they already generate and make it easier to manage the steps between a website visit and a booked job. Learn more at nowoperator.com.

Helpful tool for converting more HVAC website leads

We’ve been using Operator and the Price Estimator has been the most useful part for us. It gives homeowners a simple way to get pricing information before they call, while helping us capture more qualified leads.

We also like that Operator works alongside our existing setup with ServiceTitan. The CRM, follow-ups, and lead tools give us another layer for managing the customer journey before a lead reaches our main operational workflow.

The product is still developing, but the team has been responsive to feedback and continues improving it based on how we use it in a real HVAC business.
