Friendly, efficient and excellent service. A fairly new company which excels in customer service and care, head and shoulders above competitors. Amish was brilliant both by email and telephone conversation and everything was completed and delivered within 48 hours. Will definitely be using again.

I went online to purchase this product it was straight forward and the team were helpful and communication was brilliant i was given a choice of days that was suitable for delivery I was impressed and will definitely use them again .

I registered my details on nowpatient.com and Amish shortly contacted me afterwards to arrange a suitable date and time to conduct a telephone consultation.

During the call Amish was very patient and informative and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. It was not rushed in any way and I felt very comfortable talking to him.

After the consulation was complete, I was contacted by nowpatients payment department and I received my medication the next working day.

Superb service. No complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend to anyone who is considering using nowpatient. I look forward to their app launch coming in the short future!

This is the first time that I've used NowPatient after getting thoroughly frustrated with trying to get a NHS prescription through my GP.

The site's easy to navigate and there was a quick response, with a time arranged for my phone consultation.

The prescriber that I spoke with was very personable, professional, thorough and explained everything clearly.

My resulting prescription arrived less than 24 hours after payment.

One of the best things about this site is that they don't take payment until after the consultation and the medication has been approved, unlike nearly every other similar site that takes money off your card and if the order is declined, hangs on to the money for ages

Amesh was really keen to get dor me the right medication. He took me throughly in every aspect regarding my new medicine.
He is always quick responding and he made feeling that I am left alone but he has backup plan.
People in the pharmacy were really kind and fast.
I really recommend this service for anyone looking for private support outside extremely busy NHS GP.
