Do not insure your pet with this company. The one time i needed to claim they refused to pay out. Look at the reviews on Google, far more accurate. My guess is that the 5 star reviews on here are fake.

Exceptional experience
Craig was great. Very friendly his customer service was amazing. Very helpful and professional. To add on to this, I've also just spoken to Polly who couldn't have been more helpful. She was very caring and compassionate. Totally went out her way for me and I couldn't be more grateful. Everyone I've spoken to at Nowpet have been superb.

george was very efficient. he phoned me back as he said he would once my renewal was available. George explained the increase and detailed what i could expect re: cover in the new policy. The increase was small-ish considering the claimed illness would still be covered if it should recur. very satisfied with Now pets . 👍🏻
